Donald Durham passed away on Saturday October 7, 2017 at the age of 59 after a short illness.  He was a lifelong resident of Metairie. Preceded in death by his father Henry Kevlin Durham and his brother David Durham.  Survived by his mother, Diana Toups Durham; son Joshua and daughter Caitlin by his ex-wife Suzanne Jeanne; his brothers Daniel (Nancy), Dennis (Liz), Robert (Liz) and Richard (Stephanie).  Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  He was a football star at Brother Martin High School and graduated in 1976, rubbed elbows with celebrities and politicians as he worked in the service industry for many years, was a one-time model for print ads and a good son, brother, uncle, and friend to one and all. Funeral Services will be Sunday October 15 at 11:00 A.M. in the J. Garic Schoen Chapel at Jacob Schoen & Son funeral home 3827 Canal St.  The family will receive friends from 9:30 until service time.
