I am sorry to hear of Earl's passing. I managed the Magazine St property for him for many years. In fact, we had discussed a future sale of both 4901-03 and 4907-09 Magazine St. We were just waiting for him to become well enough to get up and down the steps to go through 4901-03 and pick out what he wanted to keep and haul away the rest. My condolences on his passing. He was a good man. If a sale of the Magazine St. properties is still a consideration, please do not hesitate to give me a call.
