Mr. Richmond met us when my wife and I first arrived Friday morning and showed us which parlors were assigned to us and which breakroom was set up for our family. Stefanie met my wife and I and stayed with us through out the entire visitation period, Memorial Mass, and Graveside services. I was beyond pleased with the flowers. I was ecstatic, actually. That fellow you talked to on the phone that day really delivered exactly what I wanted, probably more, and I couldn't have been happier.

I recently needed assistance in obtaining prayer cards for a sister-in-law who passed away. She lived in the greater Houston area and her remains had been cremated. The graveside memorial service is being held in New Orleans, because the family all originally lived in the city, and the family had a spot in the Greenwood Cemetery.

The services I required were modest in cost, but Mr. Hartman gave me the same time and attention as though I was spending thousands of dollars. Mr. Hartman walked me through the process of selecting an image and an appropriate verse for the card. And he did not balk when I asked for a more personalized song lyric. Although her originally told me that the cards would be ready several days later, he called me the following day with the news that the cards were ready to be picked up.

Mr. Hartman was professional and kind throughout, and, on behalf of the entire Higgins family, I wanted to express my appreciation.

We recently attended a funeral for Ryka Vercher on 3/9/2020. While at your beautiful facility we encountered Nelda and Kevin Rickmon. We just wanted to say how impressed we were with both of these fine employees and their kindness and willingness to help us.

Nelda gave us a wonderful "history" of the Schoen family building and a delightful tour of the original building and the new chapel. We recognized Kevin's kind and joyful demeanor as soon as we met him. We felt very welcomed and, of course, the services offered for the Vercher family were characteristically excellent.
