Dagmar M. Foley

Dagmar Foley entered into eternal life on May 19, 2018 at the age of 94. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gabrielle Trepagnier Foley and Francis Foley, and her brother, the late Edward Foley. She was a graduate of St. Joseph’s Academy and Loyola University. After teaching for many years, most of them spent at St. Rose De Lima and Ursuline Academy, Dagmar enjoyed an active retirement. A woman of deep faith and caring for others throughout her life, she was a devoted parishioner of Our Lady of the Rosary Parish and a fixture in her neighborhood of Bayou St. John. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass celebrating Dagmar’s life on Friday, May 25, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 3368 Esplanade Ave., New Orleans, LA. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. with the praying of the Rosary at 10:45 a.m. Interment in Metairie Cemetery will follow the Mass. JACOB SCHOEN & SON in charge of arrangements.
