Elise Perrin Wheeler

Elise Perrin Wheeler, born August 17, 1984, passed away March 10 at the age of 33.  Elise was born in New Orleans and grew up in Abita Springs.  She graduated from St. Scholastica Academy in Covington. She was forever a student, loved everyone, and was loved by all. Her passion for family, music, art, gardening and travel were contagious. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Charles Wheeler M.D., Barbara B. Wheeler, Aunt Barbara “Sissy” Aucoin, and maternal grandfather Vincent R. Perrin Jr.  She is survived by her grandmother, Joyce “Mimi” Perrin, mother Deborah Perrin Wheeler, father Robert C. Wheeler, and brothers, William C. Peters Jr., Matthew D. Peters, and Robert C. Wheeler II.  She is also survived by nephews William Charles Peters III “Trip,” Liam D. Peters, niece Camin P. Peters, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. For all who wish to share in her love, a celebration of her life will be held at Jacob Schoen & Son at 3827 Canal St., New Orleans, on March 19, 2018 from 6-10p.m. All are welcome. Visitation will be held March 20, 2018 from 11-1:30p.m., followed by a mass and private interment.
