Mildred Parker Mallerich

Mrs. Mildred Parker Mallerich passed on Tuesday, March 30 2021 at 1:55 PM in her apartment at the Windsor Senior Living Community. She was the beloved wife of the late Chilton Jerome Mallerich, mother of Stephen J. and the late Mark J. Mallerich, grandmother of Anthony B. Parr and grandmother in law of Shannon Thigpen Parr and great grandmother of Gabriele B. Parr and Sasha A. Parr. She was the daughter of the late Joseph W. Parker, Sr. and the late Mildred Kaiser Parker and sister of the late Joseph W. Parker, Jr. A native of Natchez, MS and an alumni of Louisiana State University, Mrs. Mallerich was a long time resident of New Orleans, LA for over 50 years until moving to Mandeville, LA to be closer to her grandson and family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the inurnment in Greenwood Cemetery and Mausoleum, 5190 Canal Blvd, New Orleans, LA on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 10 AM. Arrangements entrusted to Jacob Schoen & Son.

Donations can be made in Mrs. Mallerich’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or your favorite charity.
