Octavia Ledoux Sansovich

Octavia Ledoux Sansovich passed away at the age of 90 in Baton Rouge, LA surrounded by her loving family. She was predeceased by her husband Michel Edward Sansovich Jr., her parents Aline Marie and William James Ledoux and her brother William James Ledoux Jr. Octavia is survived by her six children; Deborah S. Schexnayder (Glenn), Michel Sansovich III (Kathy), William James Sansovich (Linda), Scott Sansovich (Leslie), Alan Sansovich (Aileen) and Neal Sansovich (Tessa) and her sister Millie Underwood. She will be dearly missed by her 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Born in Bogalusa, LA and graduated from Bogalusa High School. In 1948 she graduated from Hotel Dieu School of Nursing. Octavia will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her. Her presence in our lives was a blessing from God. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 28, 2018 in the J. Garic Schoen Chapel of JACOB SCHOEN & SON, 3827 Canal Street. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am and continue until Mass time. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at www.schoenfh.com
