We have so many wonderful memories of our dear friend, Roland and his beautiful family, our dearest neighbors in Lakeview times, going back to talking with Steve Johnson on his neighborhood walks; and Roland bringing sweet Lisette and Nicole to my dad's swimming pool when they were little; getting Roland's envelopes of informative clippings; reading his insightful and beautiful poems,;having such delightful dinners at Constantin's and so many, many more. We are blessed to have known such a special and loving person who meant so much to so many. Condolences and love and prayers to and for you, Betty, Lisette, and Nicole.

Our thoughts go out to Betty and The Constantin family at this time of loss. We will forever cherish the times we were able to share with Roland and Betty during the years when they would stay at our farm while visiting Chris and Kathy. Hearing that we weren't the only recipients of Roland's envelopes full of clippings put a smile on our faces. He's forever in our hearts.

I will always cherish the warm memories of teaching, in the classroom next to Roland's, at Abramson High School, for so many years. Through the thin walls, I was quite lucky to have been able, to enjoy parts of his captivating lectures, his warm exuberant laughter, and most importantly, the powerful flow of his most wonderful positive energy.
My loving spirit embraces you, Betty, and your beautiful family with deepest respect and love. Michele

Betty, I definitely had the Luck of the Irish to grow up across the street from you, Roland, Chris and later Lisette. I remember with warm thoughts and huge smiles the many, many hours I spent at your house and with your family. Roland's picture shows he never lost that wonderful smile, so full of joy! God Bless you. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you! Love, Robyn

I WAS A STUDENT OF HIS IN 1960 AT HOLY CROSS. MR.C WAS A VERY LOVING AND CARING TEACHER, HE GAVE HIS KIND ATTENTION TO A VERY IMMATURE AND FOOLISH STUDENT, BUT ONE WHO NEVER FORGOT HIS CONSIDERATION.

Only Mr. Constantin could make Civics class stimulating at Holy Cross High School in the 1960's. He was an artistic lecturer and never failed to bring a humorous perspective to the class topic. My condolences to his family.
