Elois Leonard

Elois DeGeorge Leonard, 96, died Saturday February 4, 2023. Mrs. Leonard, a native of New Orleans, was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Harry Lee Leonard, son Alan Leonard, grandson Nicolas Leonard, and great-grandson Jacques Leonard.

She is survived by her son Harry Leonard, husband of Lanette Leonard, daughters, Janet Leonard Harvey, Sharon Leonard Montreuil, and Terry Leonard Gleason; grandchildren, Jeannette Frantz Spivey, Ryan Frantz, Marc Leonard, Troy Montreuil, Celeste Leonard Stout, Jillian Harvey-Rea, and Jennifer Harvey; and great-grandchildren; Matthew Spivey, Daniel Pivey, Corey Frantz, Christian Frantz, Ana Leonard, Landon Stout, Logan Stout, Mila Leonard, Rocco Harvey-Rea, and Juliette Stout. She is also survived by her two sisters, Julie DeGeorge Loverde and Melanie DeGeorge Sawaya.

Family and friends will gather on Monday, February 13 at 10:30 am for a visitation at Jacob Schoen & Son, 3827 Canal St. A Memorial Service will follow at 12 noon with interment at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Slidell, LA.
