Leslie Joseph Henry

Leslie Joseph Henry, Jr. passed away on Friday, May 6, 2022, at the age of 95. He was born on June 14, 1926 in New Orleans to the late Elizabeth and Leslie Joseph Henry, Sr.
L. J. served during World War II in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Ebert (DE-768). He retired from R.H. Keen & Co. He was the beloved husband of the late Catherine Burns for 54 years. Loving father of Cheryl Lambert (Robert), Catherine Montelius (Buddy) and Allison Parks. Grandfather to Amanda Brown (Jeff), William Parks III (Jenna), Justin Parks (Brandi), Jonathan Montelius (Katie), William Montelius III (Cyndie), Sherry Baker (James), Robert Lambert, Jr. (Sharon) and Christi Rao (Thomas). Great-grandfather to Kane, Layla, Grayson, Lucas, Logan, Liam, Lyla, Chance, Cooper, Drake, Robert III, Christian, Cameron, Ava, Chad, Arianna, and Justin, Jr.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at Jacob Schoen and Son Funeral Home, 3827 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA, on Thursday, May 12, 2022.
