Dear Family - Miss Dot was a shining light to me - always full of life, full of fun, with a big family that became almost like my own. I have so many memories of going to her house, swimming, eating - especially eating, and laughing. I worked at Kaiser, too, and I know that she was loved at the plant and people there knew how competent and strong she was. I can still hear her laugh. You always knew where you were with Miss Dot and she had such a big heart. Sending love to all of your beautiful family.

Condolences to Dot's family, especially Sharon. Knew Dot from working at Kaiser many moons ago. She was a very likable person and everyone respected her. I appreciated her honest approach to everything and her dry sense of humor. She was a "kick!" Rest in peace, Dot!

What a woman -- widowed with young children when few women were in the work force. She rose to every challenge not only to provide for her family but to teach them values, faith and acceptance of others. As a rebel teen I could tell her anything, she never judged and I was not alone. Thanks Ms. Dot for being there for me -- and many others. Heaven has gained a very worthy angel.
