Expressing sympathy is always difficult, but all we can say is how sorry we are for the loss of our dear friend Rich. We will miss his smile, his wisdom, and of course, his dry humor. Ann, we pray that you and the family find consolation in knowing that so many others cared. People pass on, but their memory lives on in all of our hearts forever.

To the Brune Family I send my deepest Sympathy in the loss of Richard. What a funny and fine friend in High School. The Brunes lived just around the corner and many a late night TV show with Richard, David, Marius Carriere , Harry Brunken my Sister, Linda and I. When I saw the notice I simply caught my breath...he looks just as he did when we were young, I cannot believe he is gone. The hurt lessens but never really goes away. I pray for peace for you all in having known and had him with you for so many, many years and yet it is never long enough. Sincerest Sympathies to You All.

Ronnie and I were so sorry to learn of the recent passing of Richard. He was truly a special man to many--a wonderful husband, a fabulous brother, a giving uncle and an unforgettable friend. You have lots of good memories of Richard, and hopefully, before long, those will be making you smile, as you recall all the good things you loved about him. I pray that all who Richard has touched may be surrounded by God's comforting love and blessed with peace.
